If you would like to return or exchange your socks, please return them within 30 days from the purchase date unused and in their original packaging.

Simply contact our team at info@luxebamboo.com.au and we will assist with your claim.

Please include our original shipping invoice so that we can track your order and make contact with you to discuss a return or exchange.

Under our terms and conditions, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange beyond 30 days or where the socks have been worn and/or are not in the original packaging.
